Our philosophy is not just to welcome guests, but to welcome them home.

Every year around 30% of the guests at Katathani Phuket Beach Resorts are return visitors. To thank them, in 1995 we founded the Katathani Privilege Club or KTPC as a way of honoring our regular patrons with a warm welcome back. Today we have more than 3000 KTPC “family” members.

Katathani’s philosophy is the guiding principle behind all of our staff training. We have a dedicated Customer Relations Department to ensure that every department in the resort–from Front Desk to Housekeeping–provides the warmest welcome and most attentive service for our guests throughout their stay. They focus on continuous quality improvement by conducting guest surveys, providing feedback forms, and noting every customer request or complaint for follow-up at the daily management meeting.
